We are excited to announce a new partnership between Global Help Foundation Model United Nations (GHF MUN) and Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University Model United Nations Club (RITMUNC). This collaboration aims to foster international cooperation and promote participation in the upcoming Ritsumeikan APU Model United Nations Conference scheduled for April 4-6, 2025 in Beppu, Japan.

Our Role in This Partnership
- Participation Support: GHF MUN will ensure the attendance of a minimum of 15 Nepalese students at the RITMUNC conference.
- Training Delegates: We will prepare our participants through specialized sessions on MUN protocols and best practices.
- Travel Arrangements: With the assistance of our trusted travel partner, Global Service Travels, we will handle logistics, including visa processing and travel arrangements.
- Promotion of RITMUNC: Our team will actively promote the RITMUNC conference within Nepal via social media, networks, and outreach initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Feedback collected from participants will be shared with RITMUNC to enhance future collaborations.
Support from RITMUNC
- International Recognition: GHF MUN will be officially acknowledged as the exclusive international affiliate for the conference.
- Delegate Training: RITMUNC will conduct online training sessions to familiarize our delegates with the MUN framework.
- Visa Assistance: A visa recommendation letter will be provided to ease the travel process.
- Certificates & Awards: Our partnership will be honored during the closing ceremony, and delegates will receive participation certificates.
